Important Information

Each room is provided with two key cards. Please use one card at a time.
The key card is also used for the main entrance and elevator access. Please keep it safe and return all cards upon check-out.
Lost key cards will be charged at NT$150 per card.

Instructions for using the TV and air conditioner can be found in the transparent information folder in the guest room.

A water dispenser is available on the first floor, to the left of the sink in the dining area.
Please be careful when using hot water, as it may cause burns.

Please pour any leftover soups, broths, or liquid food into the blue bucket provided. Do not pour them into the sink, as they may clog the drain pipes.

After 9:00 PM, our staff will be off duty.
The lights in the first-floor lobby will be turned off at 9:00 PM.
If there are guests staying in nearby rooms, please keep your conversation volume and television volume low.
Please note that the floor of your room is also the ceiling of the room below. Footsteps may affect other guests' quality of sleep. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate and understanding of one another.

Please note that the following complimentarydisposable amenities are not provided in the guest room:
Toothbrush、Comb、Shower cap、Slippers、Razor、Bottled water....
Please bring your water bottle to the water dispenser on the first floor to fill it with hotdrinking water.
If you require bottled water, it is available for purchase at NT$15 per bottle.

Breakfast
We serve a traditional Taiwanese breakfast featuring local ingredients, including congee and side dishes, along with a small selection of Western-style items.
Breakfast Hours:7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Please bring your breakfast voucher to the first floor.
Guests who do not dine will be deemed tohave forfeited their meal. Meal vouchersare non-transferable.

Early Morning Cycling Tour
If you would like to join the early morning cycling tour, please complete the online registration before 16:30 and have your bicycle ready before 17:30. Simply park the bicycle along the roadside in front of the Laurel Villa.
